It is discrimination, no doubt about it! Experts note that at present, the infringement of the ladies’ rights in the labor market has reached its highest level in 50 years. See for yourself: the salary is lower, as a rule; when hiring, preference is given to men, and by dismissal – to women… And only in the distant future, according to the website gazeta.ru with reference to the Guardian, there may be changes. Thus, according to experts' forecasts, women will start to earn equal with men amounts of pay only in 2057.

Generally speaking, such discrimination is observed in other countries, too, but here it is progressing. It is believed that the stronger sex has a different temperament: they are more structured in their decisions, may show greater objectivity, while women are giddy-brained and too often on maternity leave. However, this view is erroneous. Career ladies, who have experience of office work and are established in the professional sense, can have children, hire a nanny, and go back to work. In this case, the employer does not lose anything. Meanwhile, men, in contrast to the ladies, do not take maternity leave, but instead they demand more pay and do not plan to temper their ambitions.

A buddy of mine told me about a discovery he made about an “Exclusive” dating and introduction service in New York City that charged it’s male clients $100,000 dollars just to sign up!

Well apparently the types of women that this service specialized in introducing to these obviously well-off Men were supposed to be special since they are considered to be “upscale” New York Socialites.

One of the nice things about them from my point of view is that there is absolutely no doubt in itself or political correctness used to criticize or avoid these events, as they sometimes do in the West.

Instead, it's really a great feeling when you can just .. well .. celebrate the truly beautiful women for who they are and be inspired by it just by the nature of the mother it is intended from the outset.

These open-air beauty contest is always fun and popular events to go. In fact, of course, much of the cultural fabric in Russia and CIS.

One of my friends named Masha was gracious enough to be my first personal video to talk about Russian women.

I hope that we can do a lot of segments, as it describes what a normal life, both in terms of a Russian girl.

Alcoholics in Russia have virtually no support in the form of peer support or organizations, such as AA, which can help them recover and become functional again. So, to see grass-roots effort on the part of women, regardless of how small is good. \

She just told me that she is expecting her first child, and that she and her husband are both very happy.
