The phrase once said by Lenin, "every kitchen maid will be able to govern the country”, is now particularly opportune. And that’s not because the head of state is a mediocrity. No! Quoting Lenin, the emphasis has always been placed on the word "kitchen maid". It is widely believed that the leader of the proletariat commented negatively on women whom he never imagined in the role of rulers and saw no future prospects to change his views anyway. It might be symbolic, however, that his words were precisely about ‘kitchen maids’, not ‘janitors’...

Since the day the phrase was said, a lot of water has passed under the bridges. But no Russian woman has yet been in control of the state and will never be. This is an old tradition in Russia: all leaders are men. At least a significant part of top executives belongs primarily to the stronger sex.

And women’s salary, by the way, is by an order of magnitude lower ... Now in Russia the salary of professional ladies will make an average of 64% of the salary of men in a similar position. It is discrimination, no doubt about it! Experts note that at present, the infringement of the ladies’ rights in the labor market has reached its highest level in 50 years. See for yourself: the salary is lower, as a rule; when hiring, preference is given to men, and by dismissal – to women… And only in the distant future, according to the website gazeta.ru with reference to the Guardian, there may be changes. Thus, according to experts' forecasts, women will start to earn equal with men amounts of pay only in 2057.

Generally speaking, such discrimination is observed in other countries, too, but here it is progressing. It is believed that the stronger sex has a different temperament: they are more structured in their decisions, may show greater objectivity, while women are giddy-brained and too often on maternity leave. However, this view is erroneous. Career ladies, who have experience of office work and are established in the professional sense, can have children, hire a nanny, and go back to work. In this case, the employer does not lose anything. Meanwhile, men, in contrast to the ladies, do not take maternity leave, but instead they demand more pay and do not plan to temper their ambitions.

How many of us are disappointed with our sex lives? A lot of people want more or have trouble getting there because their lovers are finished before they have even started, or worse that they finish right when she's just warming up. Even though we would like to, we can't just lay blame on our lovers. We must take care of what our bodies need and create what we want and how we want it.

If we want to prolong sex and make it last longer we must consider a lot of things, for starters you must make sure it's a place where both of you can be relaxed. Comfort is a very important when becoming intimate. Mellow lighting lots of pillows and silky sheets might help for a nice start. Also, it can really make a difference when you take the time to know your lover. It will help a lot to enjoy sex more if you are connected on an emotional level.

But someone mentioned that Justin Timberlake was actually spotted in Belarus looking for a Girlfriend.

Now this is one of those things that on one hand surprises me.. but as you can guess on the other hand it dosen’t.

I assumed (and I’m sure most people would as well) that a young Man who was Britney Spear’s ex-boyfriend and a current Pop-Star Icon would be awash with the kind of female attention that would normally be reserved for… well guys like him..

Natalia Vodianova has been on our radar before, and it's always interesting to see how successful young lady, as it moves through life.

Apparently she was very busy in the tradition of a real Russian lady as a young age of 27 she was a devoted wife and mother of 3 children.

It certainly qualifies as a super woman in my book.

This is especially true given how difficult it is to overcome and poor childhood, but continues to reach out to help other children.

I'm hoping that this study was not too much, because I could give them the same information about the cost of iced tea. (In fact, I probably would have given it for free.)

And from a historical perspective does not mean anything to them, the victory over Nazi Germany in World War 2.

I've always been fascinated by the role that Russian women are in this epochal conflict. I've always heard different stories about the heroism and endurance they have demonstrated not only in supporting roles, but in actual combat.

When I think about that world, as now, it's hard for me to imagine what these women went through to defend their country. Because of this conflict, where more than 20 million Soviets were victims .. spared nothing and nothing was left of the table in the theater of operations.

John Perkins is the most interesting person.

He is the author of "Confessions of an Economic Hitman", and he basically blew the cover as our secret political and economic foreign policy is used for command and control emerging third world economies.

Although I try to avoid politics in this blog, I think it's important that all of us wake up and educate yourself how our world works. Awareness is the only way we can make a real difference.
