Brad was just completing his divorce after having been married for over 25 years. He had not dated in what seemed like forever to him, and had no idea how to start. “How do you start a new relationship?” he asked me in our counseling session.

“What are you most concerned about?” I asked.

Do you remember “Jenny” from the movie Forest Gump?

I thought she was one of the most complex but tortured characters I’ve ever seen on screen. And every time I watch this movie I’m reminded of some of women I’ve known who are equally tortured.

Jenny if you remember came from the small backwater town of Greenbow Alabama where she was sexually abused as a child by her impoverished alcoholic share cropper father. Jenny’s only goal in her young life was shown to us on her little knees in a cornfield as she desperately prayed..

One of the things that really blew my mind when I got here was just how much Russian Women respect each other’s beauty without being jealous.

With all the girls I have ever know I have never met a Russian girl who ever showed any hint of jealousy towards another attractive woman. In fact just the opposite is true. I could be with a date walking down the street and the two of us could pass another group of beautiful girls and I will not hesitate to look at them. Nor would I ever “pretend” to NOT look at them.

Almost always the Russian girls that I am with will just smile at me innocently and say..

“Russian Women are really beautiful.. Yes?”

And I’ll just smile back and say..

“Yes.. they sure are…”

As you can guess.. this one little thing says a WHOLE LOT about their general character.ur life.

Perhaps one of the most amazing things I’ve ever witnessed is the deep level of pride that Traditional Russian Women quietly carry within themselves.?

It’s something that’s incredible to experience but it can be very difficult to describe since it run’s completely counter to what Western Men are commonly used to seeing in the Women that surround them.

A Russian Woman’s pride is expressed in various ways but it’s especially noticable during the Dating Phase with how they expect to be treated by a Man.

Now the very first thing you should know about Russian Women and Dating is this…

They will NEVER Actively Pursue a Man.

There is an age old stereotype that says that a Man should not get seriously involved with a Woman who already has children.

Although this is prevalent in both the US and Russia.. as with most things between these two countries we are dealing with VERY different things.

In the US both Men and Women will evaluate romantic partners along with the perceived “liabilities” that each one brings to the table from past relationships. The issue of children is first and foremost in both partners mind as it rightfully should be.

In the US and in the West the “impact” that a Woman’s children has on a relationship can range from significant to huge. This is primarily because there are far greater levels of expectation for the new partners to also take on added responsibilities for these children.

And the list goes on and on ..

So, besides the obvious .. Why are these points so important to find an incredible woman on this side of the world?

But of course I feel sorry for the poor bastards who are facing this very dangerous Ukrainian Secret Weapon ...

Hmm, I think it's time to take a "vacation" in the Ukraine sometime soon ..
