The cultural heritage is great and Russian spirit penetrates through everything in Russia. Travelling to Russia will surely be a unique experience, which you will remember all your life.

Russia passed through hard period not long ago and its history contains many shocking facts, which may be unclear for the foreigner’s mind, not prepared to accept and digest this info. In the 90-s of the last century, for example, only seven percent of the whole population of the country paid taxes.

The original unique features are expressed in many ways in Russia and they manifest themselves in a number of ways. People are open and sincere with you and this is a usual thing here. They are very hospitable. Once invited to somebody’s home, you will be surprised to see the affluence of tasty delicious things on the table served for you, even if people living here hardly know you. They treat you as a family member. This welcoming hospitality conquers the heart of every foreigner, who comes with fear to Russia and leaves the part of his heart here when leaving this country.

As fate would have it she managed to get a young Man to fall for her.  A young man who was to be my Grandfather.

At the time my Grandfather came from a wealthy and well known family.  And this family was horrified at the thought of “That Woman” being part of their clan..   They did everything they could to humiliate her..

We are in the midst of our first challenge against our message of hope and love for millions of Western men and Russian/FSU Women. This adversary feeds off of fear and paranoia.. and where it finds none it must create it in order to survive and expand. If in the past this fear was largely fabricated.. today with the open information that we put forth on our site.. this fear is quite justified.

Lately I’ve noticed a strange thing..

I often get incoming traffic from links that were put up by some of our readers on different discussion boards and forums.

Naturally I go and check them out and sometimes even make a comment or two..

On some of these boards if I go back a few days later or even a few hours later the original thread is gone..

Obviously someone has complained or felt that they were “offended” by the topics we discuss.  Looks like there’s nothing like a little international competition against American and Western Women to seriously ruffle feathers.
