The pubococcygeal (PC) muscles

The muscles you use to stop urinating midstream are called the pubococcygeal (PC) muscles. If you're male they’re also the muscles that contract when you ejaculate. You can learn to build control over them and prolong ejaculation by doing an exercise called a Kegel. Start by doing a short clench of your PC muscles, relax, and then try to do a longer clench for about 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat ten times, at least three times a day. The more you do the better control you will have.

Kegel exercises are good for women to do as well. By practicing them you will have more control over your vaginal muscles. You'll get more sexual satisfaction and a reduced chance of vaginal infections.

I just heard an unbelievable story from a lady friend of mine who works in a local business office.

A Woman walked into her office and introduced herself as a Manager for a new Marriage Agency in town.

She was specifically pitching “a new service” to the older single women in the office. And there are many of them as you can imagine. These women are at a huge competitive disadvantage because of the great numbers of younger women that are available here.

So the Marriage Agency Lady starts telling the older women (and I need to paraphrase here)..

“Look we know you want to find an American Husband and we are going to do that for you. What we will do is take a photo of you and we will photoshop it and make you look up to 20 years younger. Then we will post this photo along with a profile about you that any American Man would dream about on one of their Dating Sites and then we will start writing letters to Men we find on your behalf. It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak English or if you have a Poor Education we will “change” all of that for you.”

“All you need to do is give us some money and “we will take care of all of this”.. And you will be in business.”

I was on an extended business trip to another city and I had very little time to do something for this blog for a while. However, I had a little breather to catch up and respond to some comments, and I also place additional photos of one of my wonderful friends Anna, because one of our readers requested it.

I am very glad to see the following article in Bloomberg, after all slanted and biased press that Russia and the CIS women seemed to have been getting for such a long time.

    March 28 (Bloomberg) - When Nick Wilsdon met his Russian wife, Anna, on the Internet, friends teased him about his mail-order brides. It turns out he was a mail-order husband.

    Three years after the first exchange of e-mail to Anna on the dating site, a web designer from the south coast of England made a 2200-mile trek to Ivanovo, Russia in the "city of brides." He and Anna are now expecting their first child.

    Ivanovo region has the highest ratio of women to men in Russia, the legacy of the Soviet textile mills that imported female workers from across the country. The city, which once helped marriage bureau recruit young women for foreign spouses, is now enticing residents to stay and raise families. This is fueling a baby boom as Russia struggles to stem population decline.

Now it's great to see how the coverage of this on a city in Russia, but keep in mind that Ivan is not the only place with a large imbalance in the ratio of men and women. You can travel anywhere in most of the former Soviet Union and it is easy to experience it for yourself.

I had the pleasure of meeting a nice girl named Anna, who is also a close friend of Snejana.

I was surprised to learn that this shy and very kind young lady is in the process of completing his education to become a doctor.

Well, judging by her warm smile, I am sure that anyone who falls under her care will experience the beautiful Florence Nightingale with the ideal image of the bed.

I wonder if medical insurance will cover her treatment. :)
