It is known to all that sport is healthy, but when we do not do sports ourselves and run to the television screens during the Olympics, this is not only excitement we follow. Sport is cute and the girls performing crazy things when the whole world is watching them are very hot!

By the way, the American portal the Bleacher report revealed 25 hottest girls who arrived to the Olympic Games in Vancouver.

They came there to conquer medals, but it does not matter whether they receive them or not they have conquered already men's hearts! Russian women also entered the list.

All admitted that Russian curler Liudmilla Privivkova is a very hot girl. Her appearance attracted many men during the Olympic Winter Games in Turin but since that time she has become even more beautiful.

One more lady who entered the list is a skater Ekaterina Lobysheva and another girl with Slavic roots Aliona Savchenko presents Germany in Vancouver. Slavonic routes are impossible to hide.

Mood. It is something very complicated. One moment, we are in a mood to go out and meet some friends, and the next moment our mood changes. Mood is a state of mind and as most of us have no control over our minds, our mood changes from sad to happy or vice versa.

Valentine's day is coming. One cannot forget to be in the right mood for that day. Isn't it? How to do that? How to make sure that on that day, our mood does not become sad or some bad memories don't overpower us on that day? And that we are in a mood to appreciate our beloved and make him/her feel special.

There was someone I used to work with who, well aware of their tendency to look at the negative side of things, used to constantly tell themselves to "think more positively".

This was said with such a feeling of desperation that I just knew that not only would they NOT think positively, they
would probably go even further into negative thinking. The mere fact that they kept pushing themselves to "think
positively" was a sign that this would ultimately be counterproductive.

Robert consulted with me because his wife, Andrea, was no longer interested in having sex with him. “Andrea says she feels objectified when we make love, and I don’t know what that means,” he stated. “I love her and I don’t think I see her as an object.”

“Well, when you want to make love to her, why are you wanting to make love? What is motivating you?” I asked.

As we explored this question, it became apparent that Robert’s desire for Andrea was generally motivated, not only by his physical need for sex, but also by his need to be validated by her and to relieve his stress. No time in his discussion with me did he say he wanted to make love to her as an expression of his love for her. At no time did he state that there were many ways he enjoyed sharing his love with her, such as time together, sharing fun, affection, cuddling. His focus in being with Andrea was in having sex with her, and if she didn’t want to, he was generally angry or withdrawn. While he professed that he was expressing his love when I asked him about it, his behavior was anything but loving.

It is true that many people find themselves victims of hidden camera sex. The real shame here is that some unscrupulous person is making money off of someone else’s most private experiences. Sometimes hidden camera sex is the result of one of the parties planting a camera and then selling access to the images on the Internet for money, and sometimes it is the result of someone else entirely planting the camera in a place where it should not be in the first place.

I passed the following article to my wife Lena and she found herself in complete agreement with it. Her twin sister and several of her girlfriends (see above) are currently dealing with the normal trials and tribulations of being a single girl and dealing with the more negative aspects of the dating in Russia and the FSU.

It ain’t easy being a single girl in this part of the world. And indeed many of the married women also have more then their share of troubles as well. So with this in mind there has always been a great deal of speculation on behalf of these ladies as to what Men are like on the outside.

As you look at the photos I’ve been posting I want you to be especially aware of the “story” that each one tell you.

I’ve noticed that many Russian people are very good at deeply reading into a person’s facial expressions. They have this uncanny ability to tell you a person’s emotional state and their background character far better then most Americans or Westerner’s I’ve known. This is a valuable skill to develop.

It’s hard for faces to lie.. Especially the eyes.. And if you start keeping this in mind as you look at all of these photos I’m sure you will be able to develop your intuition and to learn a whole heck of alot..

There is a fierce snowstorm raging outside the Siberian right now.

Cars crawl on the icy road, and a small army of excavators are in effect trying to clean up mountains of blinding snow that Mother Nature is dumping on us.

I feel like a member of the Alliance was hiding on the ice world Although right now.

It's really unpleasant and unforgiving out there.

Then, Today is a day to once again extend your deepest worship and to make her feel like a real lady.

On the day the Soviet Union of Education in Russia, once free, and almost everyone who tried to enter some university, institute or college graduation, right. Then there was a popular joke. Russian abbreviation for "High School", which is in Russian, "High School" (higher education), women need to understand, "Finding the right man" (Exit successfully married). Marriages between Russian women and foreigners are relatively rare, and that Russian women will be looking for a good wife in Russian men.


Of course, then there are some women in Russia, who sailed the sea, the hair of large enterprises or gave themselves to science. However, it was pretty much the exception than the rule. The most important thing for Russian women have always been their family, children and spouses, and that's why they chose to do the jobs that do not require too much time and effort, and not distract This form of their duties at home. Career has been quite the prerogative of men and will always be associated with men, although Soviet ideology pretended that men and women are equal in their rights.
