Russian women championship Superfinal is the round robin final stage of the national championship. It is held in Moscow from November 15 to 27. The prize fund of the tournament that brought in all the best players in the country, including the entire national team, is 1.4 million rubles (around 35 thousand Euros) with 400 thousand rubles (around 10.000 Euro) going to the winner. The Russian chess federation as the event organizer, with the generous support by the sponsors “Gazprom”, “Sberbank”, “Almaz-Antei”, and “E4 Group”.

The pubococcygeal (PC) muscles

The muscles you use to stop urinating midstream are called the pubococcygeal (PC) muscles. If you're male they’re also the muscles that contract when you ejaculate. You can learn to build control over them and prolong ejaculation by doing an exercise called a Kegel. Start by doing a short clench of your PC muscles, relax, and then try to do a longer clench for about 10 to 15 seconds. Repeat ten times, at least three times a day. The more you do the better control you will have.

Kegel exercises are good for women to do as well. By practicing them you will have more control over your vaginal muscles. You'll get more sexual satisfaction and a reduced chance of vaginal infections.

Too Bad the Russians don’t celebrate Halloween like we do in the States.

I really do miss going to the costume parties and seeing everyone bringing out their alter-ego’s for one day out of the year.

When I talk about our Halloween traditions to Russian people they love the idea but think it’s a bit crazy. They ask me if even “serious” Government and Official People dress up in costumes on this day. I tell them that for the most part yes.

So, it's a little late you want, but at least I remembered it correctly?

In any case, ladies and gentlemen, we have officially passed 1 year mark for this blog. Do not know what to expect when we all started in this adventure, but it was a hell of ride so far and a lot of fun sharing experiences I had with this incredible Russian women.

 All bread is baked in the oven, so people differ in their natural form. Some of them are naturally thin, others hard. But the fashion changes from time to time and presses its standards for all. How can I find some of its measures for the beauty and attractiveness? Where is the border between shortweight, average weight or overweight? Or how is it? Of course there is. The only measure, because it is still defined by rationality or, roughly speaking, health care, energy and mobility.
