    Reformed Hollywood troublemaker Mickey Rourke is making plans to marry Russian beauty Elena Kuletskaya in Russia this spring, sources said Page Six.
    Rourke, 57, met with a stunning blonde model Kuletskaya, 24, for several months and popped the question to her at dinner last week. Star told friends that he plans a wedding Moscow in April.
    "They have not booked your place or made any firm plans. He just knows he wants to do it in April, and he asked what was included in the traditional Russian wedding ceremony," Friend said Rourke.
    Kuletskaya reportedly threw a Russian pop star Dima Bilan to Rourke, who was in occupation of her native language for the role of the Russian villain "Whiplash" in the upcoming "Iron Man 2." She and Rourke recently canoodled their way through New York and Europe. It dripped in diamonds, as she accompanied Rourke to pick up his GQ Man of the Year award at London's Royal Opera House in September.
    In Manhattan last week, the puppy lovers went shopping to replace his beloved dog Rourke, Loki, who died just before the Oscars.
    Rourke has found common ground with her mother-in-law to be: our spies spotted him giving mum Helen star treatment some time ago in a bank in Wonderland in Los Angeles.
    This will be the third trip to the altar for Rourke, who cleaned up his bad boy image, and revived his career in 2008 hit "The Wrestler". He and actress Debra Feuer finished their eight-year marriage in 1989. Rourke later said that his role in the pair "9 ½ weeks", "was not particularly attentive to the needs of my wife."
    In 1992 he married "Wild Orchid" co-star Carre Otis. He was arrested for beating her in 1994, but they stayed together until 1998.
